Educational Qualifications & Experience

Essential Educational Qualification	Full-Time Engineering Graduate (B.E. / B.Tech) from a UGC-recognized Indian University, UGC-recognized Indian Deemed University, or AICTE-approved Autonomous Indian Institution.
Essential Experience	Minimum 05 years of post-qualification experience in Systems operations, maintenance, development, Digital systems, IoT, electronics, cyber physical systems for SCADA, Rail-based systems, safety systems, etc.
Desirable Skill Sets	Rail-based system, operations & maintenance management, IoT, Sensors, Data Science, AI/ML, and modern transit automation.
Course Mode	Only full-time regular courses will be considered. Correspondence/part-time degrees are not accepted.

Minimum Pay Scale / CTC Requirements

Candidates must currently be employed and meet the following pay criteria as on 24/09/2026:

Selection Process

The selection framework follows a two-tier evaluation system:

Medical Fitness Standards

Service Bond and Probation

• Service Agreement Bond: Appointed candidates must sign a Service Bond of Rs. 5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lakhs) plus GST and applicable training costs to serve NCRTC for a minimum term of three (03) years.
