Essential Educational Qualification	• Full-time Master’s degree in Hindi from a recognized University with English as a subject at the degree level. OR • Full-time Master’s degree in English from a recognized University with Hindi as a subject at the degree level. AND • Full-time Diploma in Translation (Minimum 1 year) from a Govt. recognized University/Institute.
Essential Post-Qualification Experience	Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in translation from English to Hindi and vice-versa, preferably in Government / Semi-Government / Railways / PSUs / Autonomous Bodies.
Desirable Skills	• In-depth knowledge of the Official Language Policy of the Government of India and its implementation. • Proficiency in Hindi typing on computers.
Excluded Experience	Teaching, Training, Consultancy, or Freelancing experience will not be counted as relevant experience.

Selected candidates will receive an executive compensation package structured under the IDA pay scales:

Selection Process & Service Bond
