Selection Process & Tie-Breaking Criteria

| Stage 1: GATE Merit List | Category-wise merit list prepared strictly based on the highest valid GATE score (2024/2025/2026). Equal weightage given across all three years. |
| Tie-Breaker: Rule 1 | Candidate with the older GATE examination year is ranked higher. |
| Tie-Breaker: Rule 2 | If GATE score and year are identical, the candidate older in age ranks higher. |
| Tie-Breaker: Rule 3 | If still tied, candidate with higher percentage in essential educational qualification ranks higher. |
| Stage 2: Document Verification | Shortlisted candidates are called for physical verification in Delhi or designated centers. |
| Stage 3: Appointment | Provisional appointment issued upon complete physical verification of original records. |
