3. Work Experience Requirement (as on 01.08.2026)

Minimum Experience	1 year of post-qualification experience as an Officer in any Scheduled Commercial Bank listed in the Second Schedule of RBI.
Exclusions & Ineligibility	• Clerical cadre experience will not be considered. • Experience < 6 months in any organization will not be counted (unless part of current employment). • Existing BOB officers, contractual employees, or those who resigned/exited from BOB within the last 3 years are ineligible.
