| Inter-Agency Coordination | • Maintain synergy between the State Planning Commission, MIDS (LKI), NITI Aayog, and line departments. • Assist the State Institution for Transformation (SIT) and the State in achieving objectives alongside partner institutions. • Construct support mechanisms to strengthen horizontal and vertical coordination within Government. |
| State Vision & Strategy Formulation | • Evaluate existing strategies, methodologies, and systems to advance Tamil Nadu’s socio-economic conditions. • Prepare development strategies, sectoral targets, socio-economic goals, Tamil Nadu’s Trillion Dollar Economy Vision 2030, and State Vision 2047 goals. |
| Policy & Proposal Drafting | • Draft policy briefs, executive presentations, and technical documentation. • Coordinate with officials to prepare implementation-ready project proposals for the State Government. • Coordinate with technical agencies and external development partners. |
| Monitoring, Evaluation & Knowledge Sharing | • Support and strengthen the innovation and monitoring & evaluation (M&E) ecosystems. • Provide regular updates on State progress using dashboards and portals maintained by NITI Aayog. • Document activities, prepare sectoral/state reports, and capture emerging good practices from the SIT. • Create and manage cross-learning platforms; organize workshops, and prepare relevant inputs. |
