Vacancy Details, Post-wise Qualification & Eligibility Criteria

1. Software Developer (Cadre: Manager)

• Age Limit: Not exceeding 35 years (as on 30.06.2026).
• Educational Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Computer Science / Information Technology / MCA or equivalent degree from a reputed University.
• Experience Requirement:
  • Minimum 8 years of working experience in Banking / FinTech Industry with exposure to Software Development and knowledge in emerging trends in the Digital Product Ecosystem.
  • 3+ years of experience in Full Stack software development.
  • 3+ years of experience leading software development teams (preferably leading a team of 3–4 members).
  • Deep understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience in Java Development (J2EE) / Springboot, Microservices, REST / SOAP / GraphQL APIs, Unit Testing frameworks, Git, Jenkins, Maven, Mobile App Development (Native/Hybrid/Flutter), SQL/NoSQL databases, and Cloud Computing (AWS/GCP).

2. Data Scientist (Cadre: Manager)

• Age Limit: Up to 35 years (as on 30.06.2026).
• Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• Experience Requirement (Desirable):
  • 3 years of work experience in a Bank / Financial Institution / large database environment as a Data Scientist.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as SAS, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Hands-on experience in building predictive models to forecast future outcomes.

3. Statistician (Cadre: Manager)

• Educational Qualification: Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.

  • 5 years of work experience in a Bank / Financial Institution / large database environment as a Statistician.
