Percentage Criteria
- General / UR / EWS / OBC (NCL): Minimum 60% aggregate marks in the qualifying Degree / PG Degree / PG Diploma.
- SC / ST / PwBD: Minimum 50% aggregate marks.
- Departmental Candidates (NSL): Minimum 55% marks for UR/OBC and 45% marks for SC/ST/PwBD.
- Final Year Students: Candidates currently studying in the final year are eligible to apply. However, they must pass the qualifying exam and produce the final pass certificate before the Group Discussion (GD) & Interview stage.
Age Limit and Relaxations
- Maximum Upper Age Limit: 27 years as on the last date of application (11/08/2026).
Age Relaxation Rules
- SC / ST: Upper age relaxation up to 5 years
- OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): Upper age relaxation up to 3 years
- Departmental Candidates (NSL): Upper age relaxation up to 10 years
- PwBD / Ex-Servicemen: As per Government of India guidelines
Salary and Emoluments
- Training Period: Candidates will undergo 6 months of training initially with a Basic Pay of ₹50,000/- per month plus Industrial Dearness Allowance (IDA).
- On Regularization: Upon successful completion of training, candidates will be appointed as Assistant Managers in the pay scale of ₹60,000 - ₹1,80,000/- with an initial Basic Pay fixed at ₹60,000/- per month.
- Benefits & Perks: Basic Pay, Dearness Allowance, perquisites under Cafeteria Approach, Provident Fund (PF), Gratuity, Performance Related Pay (PRP), and other applicable allowances as per company rules.
Selection Process & Weightage
Selection will be conducted through a competitive multi-stage process:
- Computer Based Test (CBT): Multiple-Choice Questions (MCQs) conducted in English and Hindi.
- Group Discussion (GD): Shortlisted candidates from CBT (in a 1:3 ratio per category/discipline) will undergo GD.
- Interview: Personal interview following the GD round.
Weightage Breakdown for Final Merit List
- Computer Based Test (CBT): 70% Weightage
- Group Discussion (GD): 15% Weightage
- Interview: 15% Weightage
Minimum Qualifying Marks in CBT
- Unreserved (UR) / EWS: 50 Marks
- OBC (NCL): 45 Marks
- SC / ST / PwBD: 40 Marks

Important Guidelines for Candidates
