The National High Speed Rail Corporation Limited (NHSRCL) has released the latest Recruitment Notification 2026 inviting applications for 257 Technician vacancies in various disciplines on an Absorption Basis. The recruitment is open for eligible employees working in the Operations & Maintenance departments of Indian Railways, Government-owned Railways, Metro Railways, and RRTS.
This is an excellent opportunity to become part of India’s first Mumbai–Ahmedabad High Speed Rail (Bullet Train) Project and work with one of the country’s most prestigious rail infrastructure organizations.

Salary
Selected candidates will receive a salary under IDA Pay Scale (NE-2):
₹35,000 – ₹1,10,000

Educational Qualification
Candidates should possess Matriculation (10th Pass) along with one of the following depending on the post:
- ITI (Relevant Trade)
- Course Completed Act Apprenticeship
- Three-Year Diploma in the relevant Engineering discipline
Important Note
Candidates possessing only BE/B.Tech without the prescribed ITI or Diploma are not eligible for Technician posts.
Experience Required
Applicants must have:
- Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience
- Experience must be in the Operations & Maintenance Department of:
- Indian Railways
- Government-owned Railways
- Government-operated Railways
- Metro Railways
- RRTS
Candidates must submit an employer-issued competency or experience certificate with year-wise work details.
