Role Overview & Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Officer (CSO), you will play a crucial role in sourcing customers and increasing the sustainable portfolio for the branch. You will be responsible for identifying new business locations, sourcing potential customers, and ensuring the collection of installments on scheduled dates following disbursements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing of clients and primary verification of credentials.
- Conducting Compulsory Group Training.
- Data entry in CRIF and CMS systems.
- Accompanying the Branch Manager for Group Recognition Tests.
- Accompanying CSE in pre-disbursement activities.
- Ensuring disbursement and generating demand.
- Following up for recovery, undertaking collection duties, and remitting collections to banks.
- Reporting demand/collection data to the ABM/BM and document filing.
