Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualifications	As per UGC norms for the appointment of Assistant Professors.
Outside Kerala Degrees	Candidates holding degrees/Ph.D. from outside Kerala must provide an Equivalency/Eligibility Certificate from MGU.
Age Limit	Governed by UGC Regulations. Retired teachers from Colleges/Universities can apply up to a maximum age limit of 70 years as of 01.01.2026.
Domicile Condition	Candidates from outside Kerala are not eligible for posts strictly reserved under community quotas.
