KVS, NVS & EMRS Tier-II Recruitment 2026 Results Update

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has released a press note regarding the status of the Tier-II recruitment examination results for Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS), Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti (NVS), and Eklavya Model Residential Schools (EMRS).

Overview of the Recruitment Process

The Tier-II examinations for various posts in KVS, NVS, and EMRS were conducted in March 2026. These examinations included both objective and descriptive components.

Status of Evaluation

The evaluation process involves a significant volume of work:

• Scope: There are more than 2.1 lakh descriptive answer books covering 68 different disciplines.
• Progress:
  • The display of answer keys and images of OMR sheets on the official portal has been completed.
  • The evaluation of OMR sheets has been completed.
  • The physical evaluation of the descriptive answer books is currently at an advanced stage.

Declaration of Results

Candidates awaiting their results should note that the results will be declared in a phased manner, beginning in the middle of August 2026.
