Detailed Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification & Experience Requirements
A. Executive (HR) / Asst. Executive (HR)
- Educational Qualification: Full-time regular MBA or equivalent degree with minimum 60% marks from a recognized University/Institute, specializing in HR. A Degree in Law (LL.B) is desirable.
- Experience Required:
- Executive (HR) - E1: Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in HR / Personnel Management / Industrial Relations in PSUs or large private sector companies with an annual turnover of at least ₹200 Crores.
- Asst. Executive (HR) - E0: Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in HR / Personnel Management / Industrial Relations in PSUs or large private sector companies with an annual turnover of at least ₹200 Crores.
- Current Minimum CTC (Private Sector Applicants):
- Executive (HR): Minimum CTC of ₹7.00 Lakhs per annum.
- Asst. Executive (HR): Minimum CTC of ₹5.50 Lakhs per annum.
B. Manager (Finance) - [E3]
- Educational Qualification: CA / CMA (ICWAI) OR Full-time regular MBA (or equivalent) with Finance specialization with at least 60% marks from a recognized University/Institute.
- Experience Required: Minimum 7 years of post-qualification experience in handling IND AS Financial statements, GST compliances, and IT compliances in a large public or private sector organization. (Articleship / Industrial training will NOT be counted as experience).
- Desirable Skills: Knowledge of SAP, and current working experience in a listed company or IND AS complied company.
- Current Minimum CTC (Private Sector Applicants): Minimum CTC of ₹12.00 Lakhs per annum.
C. General Manager / Chief Engineer (Signalling & Telecom)
- Educational Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or Electronics & Communication Engineering from an AICTE/UGC recognized University/Institute. (Serving/Retired IRSSE Officers of Indian Railways are eligible for Deputation/Re-employment).
- Experience Required:
- For Regular Basis: Minimum 20 years post-qualification experience (with at least 15 years in executive/managerial cadre) in Railway, Rail PSUs, or Metro Rail Corporations in the S&T department.
- For Deputation Basis: Serving IRSSE Officer in SAG Pay Scale (Level-14 CDA) or IDA Scale ₹1,20,000 - ₹2,80,000/-.
- For Re-employment Basis: Retired Officers of Railway / Rail PSUs / Metro Rail Companies at least in SAG Pay Scale (Level-14 CDA) or IDA Scale ₹1,20,000 - ₹2,80,000/-.
- Minimum CTC (Private Sector Applicants): At least ₹2.25 Lakh per month.

Special Age Relaxation Rules:
- Regular KMRL Employees: Eligible for up to 5 years relaxation in upper age limit for higher posts under direct recruitment.
- Contract Employees of KMRL: Eligible for up to 3 years relaxation for regular posts in the same grade/feeder category, provided performance was graded as ‘Very Good’.
Selection Process
The selection procedure will depend on the number of candidates shortlisted for each position:
- Shortlisting: Candidates will be shortlisted based on educational qualification, experience, current pay scale/CTC, and company turnover.
- Written / Computer Based Test (CBT) and/or Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be notified for a CBT, written test, and/or personal interview.
- Communication: Intimation for the selection process will be sent only via email to the email address registered during application.
