Eligibility Criteria

1. Educational Qualifications

• Under Graduate (UG) Engineer: Pursuing full-time Engineering Degree (currently in 7th or 8th semester) from an AICTE/UGC approved university.
• Post Graduate (PG) Engineer: Pursuing full-time M.Tech (currently in 2nd year / 3rd or 4th semester) in the respective discipline from a recognized Indian University/Institute.
• M.Sc. (Physics): Pursuing full-time M.Sc. Physics (2nd Year / 3rd or 4th semester), preferably with specialization in Optics or application of Quantum Mechanics.

2. Academic Performance Standards

• Candidates must possess a consistently good academic track record with ≥ 70% marks OR ≥ 7.0 CGPA on a 10-point scale (First Class with Distinction) completed in all previous semesters.
• Official request letter/recommendation from the Principal/Director of the institution is mandatory.

3. Age Limit

• Candidate’s age must be below 28 years.

Stipend & Attendance Terms

• Stipend Amount: ₹5,000 per month.
• Payment Mode: The stipend will be credited in two equal installments of ₹15,000 each after 3 months and 6 months.
• Attendance Requirement: Interns must maintain a minimum of 15 days per month of physical attendance at DYSL-QT, Pune.
• No Fee: No application fee or processing charge is required at any stage.
• Accommodation: No boarding or lodging expenses will be provided; selected candidates must arrange their own accommodation.

Selection Process

1. Shortlisting based on CGPA/Percentage marks of all previous semesters.
2. Review of academic achievements, brief bio-data (< 300 words), awards, and professional memberships.
3. Offline Examination / Telephonic Interview / In-person Interaction as required.
4. Verification of original documents.

Documents Required at the Time of Joining

• No Objection Certificate (NOC) in original on college letterhead signed by the Principal/Director.
• College Request Letter in the prescribed format.
• Police Verification Certificate (or acknowledgement receipt).
• Signed Undertaking for adherence to Indian Official Secrets Act, 1923.
• Signed Undertaking to abide by IT Rules and Regulations of the Ministry of Defence.
• Medical Fitness Certificate issued by an authorized medical practitioner (holding at least an MBBS degree).
• Original Aadhaar Card and College ID Card for verification.
• Original Mark Sheets of all previous semesters.
• 03 Passport-size photographs.
• Bank Account details for stipend transfer.
• Indemnity Form provided by the college.
