Eligibility Criteria & Qualification Requirements

Teaching Positions (University)

• Qualifications: Governed by UGC Regulations 2018 (and amendments) or NCTE/AICTE norms.
• Essential Criteria: Master’s degree with at least 55% marks in a relevant subject along with NET/SLET/SET or Ph.D. degree as per UGC guidelines.

DEI Technical College & Intermediate Colleges

• Principal (TC): First Class Degree in Engineering or Technology with 10 years of relevant teaching/managerial experience. Knowledge of Hindi required.
• Senior Lecturer (TC): Engineering/Technology Degree with 55% marks + 8 years of professional/teaching experience.
• Lecturer (TC): Master’s degree in relevant subject with 55% marks + knowledge of Hindi.
• Assistant Lecturer (TC): Diploma in relevant engineering field with 3 years experience OR Degree in relevant engineering field.
• Intermediate College Principal (REI): Trained Postgraduate degree with 4 years teaching experience in Classes 9 to 12 OR 1st/2nd Class Postgraduate degree with 10 years teaching experience. Minimum age limit: 30 years.
• Intermediate School Lecturer / Assistant Teacher: Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in the relevant subject with B.Ed. degree.

Non-Teaching Positions

• Controller of Examination: Master’s degree with at least 55% marks + 15 years experience as Assistant Professor or 8 years as Associate Professor, OR 15 years administrative experience (including 8 years as Deputy Registrar).
• Administrative Officer (Computers): Bachelor’s in Engineering, Master’s in Computer Applications, or Postgraduate in Science/Commerce/Management (with Computer Courses) + 5 years relevant experience.
• Section Officer: Bachelor’s degree with 3 years experience as Assistant (Level 6) or 5 years experience as UDC (Level 4) in central/state Govt./PSU/Autonomous bodies or private firms with Rs. 200 Crore turnover.
• Junior Assistant: Intermediate pass with ‘CCC’ certificate from NIELIT or Diploma/Degree in CS + typing speed of 25 wpm (Hindi) / 30 wpm (English).
• Office Assistant / Routine Clerk: 10+2 with 50% marks + English typing @ 35 wpm or Hindi typing @ 30 wpm + computer proficiency.
• Electrician / Carpenter / Support Staff: Relevant ITI Certificate or Matriculation pass.

Selection Process

1. Screening & Shortlisting: Applications are reviewed by the Screening Committee of the Institute based on UGC/AICTE/NCTE norms and institutional criteria.
2. Presentation / Aptitude Test / Trade Test / Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a Seminar-cum-Presentation, Aptitude Test, Trade Test, or Interview.
3. Document Verification: Verification of original documents will be conducted prior to the interview/test.

3. After successful submission, follow the payment link to pay the application fee.
4. Download and print the submitted PDF application form and fee receipt.
5. Keep original documents, self-attested copies of mark sheets, certificates (matriculation onwards), caste/experience certificates, and two passport-size photographs ready to present during verification at the time of the presentation/test/interview.
6. In-service candidates must route their application through proper channel or submit a “No Objection Certificate” (NOC) from their employer.
