BPSSC Physical Efficiency Test (PET) Schedule & Venue

• Event Schedule: September / October 2026
• Location / Venue: Patna, Bihar
• Mandatory Attendance: Participation in the Physical Efficiency Test (PET) on the designated date and time, followed by Document Verification for successful candidates, is compulsory. Failure to appear will lead to disqualification.
• No Extension: Requests for rescheduling or extension of the PET date will not be accepted under any circumstances.

How to Download Online

• Release Date: E-Admit cards will be available on the official website starting September 8, 2026.

Duplicate Admit Card (In-Person Issue)

Candidates unable to download their e-admit card online due to technical issues can obtain a duplicate copy manually:

• Issue Date & Time: September 15, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 05:00 PM.
• Office Address: Bihar Police Subordinate Services Commission, 5, Hardinge Road, Patna – 800001.
• Required Documents for Duplicate Issue: Candidates must present themselves in person with a valid photo ID and a photocopy of the online application receipt. Travel expenses must be borne by the candidate.

Required Documents for Verification

Candidates appearing for the PET must bring original certificates along with one set of self-attested photocopies of the following documents, in addition to their E-Admit Card and Online Application Receipt:

3	Date of Birth Proof	Original Matriculation (10th) certificate.
4	Caste Certificate	Issued by a competent authority for SC, ST, EBC, and BC candidates. (For female candidates: Must be issued on Father’s name).
5	Non-Creamy Layer (NCL)	Required for BC and EBC candidates. (For female candidates: Must be issued on Father’s name).
6	Domicile Certificate	Permanent residence certificate of Bihar state for reservation benefits.
7	EWS Certificate	Income & Asset Certificate for FY 2024–2025 issued as per Notification No. 2622 (26/02/2019).
8	Freedom Fighter Ward	Proof for grandchildren of Bihar freedom fighters per Letter No. 11687/Gad (30/08/2016).
9	Govt. Employee Proof	Certificate from controlling authority showing min. 3 years service in Bihar Govt.
10	Ex-Servicemen Documents	Original Pension Payment Order (PPO) and Discharge Book.
11	Transgender Certificate	Bihar domicile proof and identity certificate issued by the competent authority.
12	Home Guard Certificate	(Advt. 02/2026 only) Certificate & ID verifying min. 5 years service in Bihar Home Guard.
